Pre-Order Terms
1. This Is a Pre-Order
The Kali Bag is being offered as a pre-order and is not currently available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your Kali Bag will be shipped at a later date after our inventory is received and prepared for fulfillment. Your purchase reserves a Kali Bag from the current production run.
2. Estimated Shipping Timeline
The current estimated shipping timeframe for Kali Bag pre-orders is approximately 5–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, manufacturing, transportation, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect the timing of your order. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant changes to the estimated shipping timeline.
Please do not place a pre-order if you require your order by a specific date or deadline.
3. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed. Because your order reserves inventory from a limited production run, your payment secures your place in the current Kali Bag pre-order.
4. Shipping & Tracking
Orders will be shipped once the Kali Bags arrive, are inspected, and are ready for fulfillment. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Production or Shipping Delays
If a significant delay affects the expected shipping timeframe, we will provide an update to affected customers with the revised estimated shipping timeline. If circumstances result in a substantial delay, customers will be provided with any cancellation or refund options.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Any return or refund after shipment will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address when the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
